Complaints

We respect the right of all interested stakeholders to complain if you are unhappy with our services or the manner in which they were provided. When making a complaint, it would be helpful to include the following information:

  • the time and/or date of the incident;
  • the names of anyone who served you;
  • what happened, including the reasons you are unhappy; and
  • what you would like to see as a result of your complaint.

Based on the nature of your complaint, we will advise you of what we are doing to address your complaint and when we will be able to advise you of an outcome.
